Pre-orders



Returns are not accepted for pre-order items, except in the case of:


  • An error in size
  • An error in model



If such an error occurs, Snores Co will cover all return shipping costs, as well as the shipping of the corrected item (correct size or model).



In-stock items



Returns are accepted for in-stock items under the following conditions:


  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the package.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.



To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for the return.
