Snores Co – Terms of Sale



These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products on https://snoresco.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following conditions:

Order Acceptance



All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including:


  • Product unavailability
  • Errors in pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity




2. 

Product Information



We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all details are always current or error-free. Images are for illustrative purposes only.



3. 

Pricing and Payment



  • Prices are displayed in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase and must be made via one of our accepted payment methods (Stripe, credit/debit card, etc.).




4. 

Shipping & Delivery



  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
  • Snores Co is not responsible for delays caused by external carriers or customs.
  • Pre-orders have estimated delivery windows, which may change due to production timelines.




5. 

Pre-orders



  • Pre-ordered items are custom-produced and non-returnable, unless there is a mistake on our part (wrong size or model).
  • In the event of such an error, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.




6. 

Returns & Exchanges



  • Returns are accepted only for in-stock items, within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. 

Risk & Title



Once the order is shipped, the risk of loss passes to the customer. Ownership of products transfers only when full payment has been received by Snores Co.



8. 

Governing Law



These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
